Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Sales/Service: Provide excellent service, clearly communicating with clients about system status and offering multiple repair/installation options. Close the sale and complete jobs exceeding client's expectations.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Problems: Utilize your expertise to diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately the first time.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance and execute repairs for optimal system performance.
• Installation: Showcase your skills in installing various plumbing systems to meet client needs.
• Safety Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and adhere to industry best practices in all aspects of your work.

Requirements:

• Proven skills as a Plumber, with a minimum of 4 years of full-time general plumbing and drain cleaning experience.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, drain cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Strong communication and customer service and sales skills.
• After-hours emergency service on-call rotations.
• Current valid and insurable driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
