Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service by communicating clearly and professionally, ensuring customers make informed decisions about their home plumbing needs.
• Recognize and recommend additional services, including system upgrades, maintenance agreements, and new installations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Dispatch and the Service Manager to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure preparedness on every job.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, including service records, dispatch notes, and invoices.
• Uphold a polished, professional appearance at all times to represent the company’s commitment to quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Acquire and maintain necessary certifications with support available.
