You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, install and service fixtures and water heaters, and explain options to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Good communication with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and take pride in your work.
• Journeyman license is a plus.

The company is supported by a Master Plumber with over 25 years of industry experience, providing guidance on technical standards, troubleshooting, and service quality. You will receive regular coaching and support, have access to technical and soft skill training, and be encouraged to continually develop your craft.

As one of the first technicians on the team, you will have the opportunity to help shape how the company grows and operates.
