About the Position

Our Plumber will support our various commercial projects by undertaking a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from installing pipes and HVAC systems to fixing leakages while working under the jobsite Superintendent. The Plumber should focus on working under the FourSeasons Core Values by continuously operating proactively with integrity, accountability and agility; in a client-focused and team-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Study and analyze blueprints and floor plans to understand the plumbing system and water supply system layout.
• Navigate the assembly and installation of pipes and tubes without interfering with existing infrastructure and other subcontractors.
• Measure, cut, and bend pipe material for installation and repairs.
• Assemble valves, fittings, tubes, and water system appliances.
• Install commercial and light industrial building water systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues relating to water supply lines.

• Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work.
• Perform job duties on a construction site safely and efficiently.
• Identify and solve problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time.
• Work with install team to complete installations of ductwork, HVAC equipment, and fittings.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship with a qualified plumber and 2+ years of hands‑on plumbing experience. Valid plumbing license.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve piping and plumbing issues on a commercial scale.
• Working knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work.
• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Working familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and machinery; to work from lifts, ladders, and scaffolding; to manipulate heavy equipment, tools, and supplies; lift, carry, and shift up to 50 lbs. regularly; to work in hazardous or irritating environments, confined spaces, and adverse weather or temperature conditions, to wear and work in personnel protective equipment.
• Must be able to perform extensive standing, walking, and climbing.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Based on experience and expertise.
• Health Coverage: Company paid comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for the employee with buy‑up options available. Eligibility for coverage begins on day 45 of employment.
