Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (state-specific).
• 4–5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Proficient with commercial piping systems (PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong understanding of job site safety and compliance.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Set fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and pumps.

Position Summary
