Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber for commercial mechanical construction projects. You will install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems across schools, hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities.

A valid Journeyman Plumbing License and 4–5 years of experience are required to ensure compliance with codes and high safety standards. You will read blueprints, coordinate with general contractors, and mentor apprentices while delivering reliable performance and maintaining

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber with experience in commercial mechanical construction projects. This role involves installing, assembling, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including schools, hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Install, inspect, and test plumbing systems, including water, gas, drainage, and vent piping.

• Set fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and pumps.

• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company standards.

• Collaborate with general contractors, other trades, and supervisors to coordinate work.

Qualifications
