• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment, including toilets, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water softeners, and related plumbing components, within the scope of applicable licensing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout each service call and return the job site to a professional condition upon completion.
• Accurately document completed work, materials, labor, and services on customer invoices.
• Review completed invoices with customers and collect payment for services provided.
• Clearly explain applicable workmanship and service guarantees to customers and document required information using the company's smartphone or mobile technology.
• Complete each service call efficiently and professionally before proceeding to the next scheduled customer.
• Follow company safety procedures, customer-service standards, and applicable plumbing codes and regulations.
• Willing to complete company systems training, and follow system rules and regulations.
