Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a skilled Plumber to install, maintain and repair water, sewer, steam and gas systems within our Cedar Crest facilities. You will analyze plans, perform inspections and respond to trouble calls, with on-call rotation.

Requires a trade school or HS diploma, 3 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience, and ability to read drawings. CMMS proficiency and physical capability are essential for this role at LVHN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with required experience or Technical School Diploma in Plumbing or related trade.
• 3 years experience as a plumber in commercial or industrial setting or (<1 year with Technical School Diploma)
• Ability to read drawings/figures to understand water supply, waste, venting layouts.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains and repairs water, sewer, steam, and gas systems.
• Performs inspections and preventive maintenance per codes and standards.
• Responds to trouble calls and emergency situations; participates in on-call rotation.
• Maintains inventory and procures parts; documents work in CMMS.
