Job summary

Continental is seeking a PLT QA Tech II to join our final finish and support teams. The role covers TUO verifications, SOL evaluation and disposition, warranty and investigation work, sectioning and analysis of cut tire sections, and 100% over-inspection before dock release.

The position emphasizes adherence to ESH policies and legal requirements. Work may require shifts including evenings and weekends in a non-climate controlled environment with exposure to heat, noise, forklifts, and physical

The PLT QA Tech II will:

The QA Technician is responsible for a multitude of roles within the final finish and support areas. This role will require the ability to do the following functions:

1. TUO verifications
2. SOL evaluation and disposition
3. Warranty and general investigation work
4. Sectioning and analysis of cut tire sections
5. Over-inspection of 100% inspection product
6. Dock release prior to shipment
7. Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

The starting annual salary for this role is $55,683 a year.

• The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.
