Job Responsibilities

• Assist personnel with changes and set adjustments as required.
• Monitor sorting system to direct the tire to the correct conveyor.
• Ensure correct entry and recording of labor time, machine times, and production quantities.
• Trim tires as needed.
• Perform heavy work involving frequent stooping, bending, twisting, climbing stairs/steps, and lifting up to 100 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis. Push and pull medium to heavy loads. Full range of motion required in upper body, arms, hands, and wrists.

• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• No relocation assistance offered.

Work Environment

• Safety is a top priority; adherence to safety procedures and guidelines is mandatory, including wearing hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
• Likely shift includes evenings and weekends.
• Work is in a non-climate controlled environment with exposure to temperature swings, forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
