Job summary

Continental is seeking an PLT Area Manager to lead production area activities, plan budgets, and guide schedules to meet cost and quality goals. The role oversees daily operations, reviews direct reports, and drives process improvements in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment.

The position requires a strong supervisory background, a bachelor’s degree (or 10 years’ supervisory experience), and legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 10 years of Supervisory experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

• Master’s Degree preferred.

The starting annual salary for this role is $92,500 a year.
