Impact Recruitment in Houston, Texas is seeking a motivated Survey Manager – Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead our client's surveying team. You will manage land surveys, prepare maps, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role requires an Active Texas PLS license, strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills, and a track record directing field crews. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver precise, compliant results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Texas Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate land surveys and investigations.
• Prepare Topographic Maps, Boundary Adjustments, Subdivision Maps, Records of Survey, and Legal Descriptions.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Lead, direct, and mentor field survey crews and survey technicians.
• Demonstrate creativity and independent judgment in problem-solving.
