Green Property Management (GPM) seeks a Residential Estate Specialist to maintain Grand Rapids area properties year-round. This is a long-term role with steady income, not a seasonal gig.
You will operate commercial landscaping equipment in warm months and plow trucks in winter, with documentation via mobile apps so property owners have clear visibility. Valid driver's license and the ability to lift 40+ lbs are required.
If you know your way around a zero-turn mower or a plow truck, you already know most landscaping jobs treat you like a replaceable pair of hands. Seasonal work, worn-down equipment, and no real path forward.
That is not how we operate.
At Green Property Management (GPM), property care is part of building stronger neighborhoods across West Michigan. The properties we maintain represent more than just lawns and sidewalks. They shape the first impression of hundreds of homes and the communities around them.
We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in doing clean, professional work and wants steady, year-round income with a company that is growing. This is not a short-term landscaping gig. It is a long-term role with consistent work, benefits, and the opportunity to grow with a team that is building something real.
You will be responsible for maintaining residential properties throughout the Grand Rapids area.
During the warmer months you will operate commercial landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor spaces to a high standard. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, and general property upkeep.
During the winter you will operate plow trucks and snow equipment to keep properties clear and safe. Snow events require reliability and responsiveness, and the team works together to make sure properties are handled quickly and professionally.
You will also document work using mobile apps for routing, reporting, and photo updates so property owners have clear visibility into what is happening at their properties.
This role is best suited for someone who already knows how to operate equipment, works well independently, and takes pride in doing clean, professional work.
