Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering, PLM, systems, or project management experience.
• 5+ years of Teamcenter PLM functional or techno-functional experience.
• 5+ years of requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution validation experience.
• 3+ years of engineering change management experience (CR/CN).
• 3+ years of BOM/configuration management and product data structures experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a techno-functional SME for Teamcenter PLM implementation and rollout activities.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support engineering change management processes (CR/CN), part management, and BOM management.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionality.
• Lead hypercare activities, issue triage, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhancements.
