You will lead architecture, customization, and integrations across ERP, MES, and CAD, while guiding teams and ensuring scalable, controllable PLM processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PLM/Teamcenter.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter architecture and administration.
• Experience with Teamcenter customization and development and with AWC.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, MES, CAD, or other enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of PLM processes (BOM, Change and Configuration Management).
• Databases knowledge: Oracle or SQL Server.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Teamcenter PLM architecture and solutions.
• Lead Teamcenter implementation, configuration, customization, and upgrades.
• Configure and customize Teamcenter modules per business needs.
• Develop integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, CAD and other systems.

• Define PLM data models, workflows, and lifecycle processes.
• Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams.
