ATA Engineering, Inc. seeks a seasoned PLM Teamcenter Practice Lead to establish and grow a Siemens Teamcenter PLM consulting and delivery capability in the United States.

The role combines strong Teamcenter knowledge with consulting prowess, customer engagement, and long-term PLM capability building. You will initially contribute as a hands-on PLM consultant while laying the groundwork for a scalable PLM solutions practice.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science or PLM-related field with excellent academics.
• 5+ years of experience; 10 years preferred.
• Experience with Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations, and support.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter installation, configuration, and administration.
• CAD integrations with Siemens Teamcenter.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Siemens Teamcenter PLM consulting practice.
• Provide PLM consulting to customers and internal teams.
• Support Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations and production environments.
• Analyze customer processes and recommend PLM improvements.

Job description

ATA is seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Practice Lead to help establish and grow our clients’ PLM consulting and delivery capabilities. This role is ideal for a senior PLM professional who combines strong Siemens Teamcenter knowledge with consulting experience, customer engagement skills, and the ability to help build a long-term PLM organization. The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership to define the PLM strategy, develop service offerings, establish delivery methodologies, support business development activities, and help create a future Teamcenter solution consulting team. This individual will initially serve as a hands-on PLM consultant while helping build the foundation for a scalable PLM solutions practice. The candidate should have strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter fundamentals, implementations, upgrades, migrations, configuration, and PLM best practices. Initially, role will involve working with customers to understand engineering and product development challenges, recommend PLM Teamcenter solutions, support implementation initiatives, improve product lifecycle processes and overtime develop and manage an extended PLM technical team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide PLM consulting expertise to customers and internal teams.
• Support Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and production environments.
• Analyze customer engineering processes and recommend PLM improvements.
• Assist with presales activities, customer workshops, demonstrations, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Develop PLM service offerings, delivery approaches, estimates, and statements of work.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities for future PLM engagements.
• Help define future PLM team structure and mentor future team members.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Engineering Computer Science or a PLM-relevant field from an accredited college/university with an excellent academic record.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience; 10 years preferred.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Engineering experience with PLM, CAD, and/or CAE software tools
• Experience with Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations, and support.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with Siemens TeamcenterPLM : Teamcenter installation, configuration and administration of Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of CAD integrations with Siemens Teamcenter.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a new PLM capability.
• Able and willing to travel anywhere up to 25% of the time.
• Must be a US Person.

Salary Range:

• Experienced Professionals and Managers: $135,000–$205,000 per year
