Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program offers a 10 to 12-week experience designed to expose students to Hubbell's business and prepare for a career with us. The selected intern will support the Enterprise PLM Transformation Program by documenting product lifecycle processes and data standards while assisting with Windchill+ implementation.

During the program, you'll work on value-driven projects, develop technical skills in your major, and deliver a final presentation to local management.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship program period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (required).
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management / Product Development Process preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply skills and knowledge learned in the classroom to on-the-job experiences.
• Working on comprehensive, value-added projects as part of a team.
• Developing technical skills specific to your major.
• Providing opportunities for professional development by building relationships and learning about other parts of the business.
• Providing a presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.
