Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week opportunity designed to expose students to Hubbell and help prepare for a rewarding career within our company. The intern will advance and deploy a label design software solution for the Windchill PLM transition, reviewing code, improving functionality, standardizing data, and supporting testing, validation, and documentation to ensure scalability.

Qualifications

Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
Minimum 3.0 GPA is required.
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred and familiarity with relevant software.

Responsibilities

Review and enhance existing label design software.
Improve software functionality and reliability.
Align software with label and customer requirements.
Support testing, validation, data cleansing and documentation for PLM migration.
Standardize label templates and design rules.
Test updates and document software changes.
Assist with integration with manufacturing and business systems.
Build scalable processes for future label needs.
