Role: PLM Teamcenter Solution Architect - Remote

Location: Wilmington, Delaware or Philadelphia, PA, but can work remotely.

Job Description

As a Solution Architect, you will provide expertise in Teamcenter Unified, designing and deploying innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. You will be involved from problem definition through solution design, development, deployment, and team guidance. You will also lead architecture and design reviews, support business pursuits, and conduct client training and capability building.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions using Teamcenter in Process & Discrete Manufacturing industries.
• Facilitate technical and functional discussions with clients through workshops and CRPs, finalizing implementation and integration strategies.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications and secure customer approval.
• Design and architect solutions by aligning customer business processes with PLM capabilities.
• Define and lead technical specifications, design, and modeling tasks in Teamcenter X platform.
• Install, configure, and customize Siemens's Teamcenter core PLM applications and modules.
• Implement customer requirements related to CAD, engineering data management, workflows, security, and reporting.
• Train end-users during UAT in collaboration with clients.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in PLM technology.

Technical Skills Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience with Teamcenter PLM solution mapping, implementation, configuration, and customization in manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Subject Matter Expert in PLM.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Teamcenter modules like Raw Material, Formulation Management, Environment Compliance, Quality Management, Part and Change Management.
• Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture and data models.
• Proficiency in developing customizations using Teamcenter ITK and integrating SOAs with Active Workspace.
• Experience with Teamcenter SOA Service concepts and Dispatcher.
• Ability to modify and extend out-of-the-box Teamcenter functionalities, including workflows, UI, and data models.
• Expertise in Teamcenter BMIDE, ITK development, customization, integration, CAD integrations, and BOM management.
• Proficiency in Java SOA APIs, server-side customization, and reporting modules.
