Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a PLM Systems Engineer to lead the development and deployment of Aras PLM solutions across Rheem’s Digital Enterprise. You will own the product backlog, write user stories, and partner with engineering, QA, and project management to drive PLM capabilities from design through service.

The role requires strong knowledge of PLM, agile methods, and experience in software development within a manufacturing setting.

PLM Systems Engineer plays a critical role in Rheem’s Digital Enterprise organization, overseeing the development and implementation of Aras PLM solutions and ensuring alignment with Rheem’s engineering and manufacturing business requirements. This individual manages the product backlog and prioritizes features based on stakeholder input from engineering, quality assurance, and project management teams across Rheem’s diverse product lines. They are responsible for defining the product vision, creating user stories, and coordinating with development teams to deliver PLM capabilities that support Rheem’s product lifecycle—from design and engineering through manufacturing and service. A successful candidate will bring knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies, along with experience in software development and project management within a manufacturing or industrial products environment.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA, Lewisville, TX, Roswell, GA, Fort Smith, AR, or Montgomery, AL.
