Job summary

The PLM Systems Engineer plays a critical role in Rheem's Digital Enterprise organization, overseeing the development and implementation of Aras PLM solutions and ensuring alignment with engineering and manufacturing requirements. This position serves Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA, Lewisville, TX, Roswell, GA, Indianapolis, IN, Fort Smith, AR, or Montgomery, AL (Hybrid).

This role follows a hybrid work arrangement, with offices Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays.

Qualifications

• This role requires knowledge of PLM and agile methods.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, QA and project management.
• Ability to create user stories and articulate a product vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of Aras PLM solutions.
• Prioritize features based on stakeholder input and backlog.
• Define product vision and create user stories.
• Coordinate with development teams to deliver PLM capabilities across design, engineering, manufacturing and service.
