Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a PLM Systems Engineer to oversee Aras Innovator PLM solutions across Rheem’s North American operations. You will manage backlogs, create user stories, and align PLM with design, manufacturing, and service requirements.

The role requires strong PLM knowledge, agile experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on PLM experience, preferably with Aras Innovator.
• Knowledge of PLM principles and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with software development processes and languages like C#, .Net, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with designing integrations/APIs to/from PLM (Aras Innovator).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial product environments and engineering change processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PLM Product Owner and stakeholders to execute the PLM and Engineering Systems roadmap.
• Gather and validate requirements across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Architect Aras Innovator PLM solutions including data models, workflows, lifecycle management, and security.
