Job summary

Teknikoz is seeking a PLM Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support for Siemens Teamcenter across engineering and business teams. Location options include Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA with three days onsite.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience with Teamcenter, PLM concepts, and AMS, plus ITIL familiarity. BMIDE configuration is a plus; green card is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in support, testing or implementation of Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong Teamcenter user level and PLM functional knowledge.
• Knowledge of PLM concepts / Engineering Change processes / BOM concepts.
• Experience in supporting PLM business users and troubleshooting PLM issues.
• AMS experience with Teamcenter.
• BMIDE configuration experience (nice to have).
• ITIL certification preferred.

Role Summary – PLM Support Engineer

The PLM Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications, ensuring seamless operation, issue resolution, and user support across engineering and business teams. The role involves troubleshooting PLM system issues, managing configurations, supporting integrations, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring data integrity within the PLM environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PLM processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience supporting enterprise PLM platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA (3 days/week onsite)
