Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, seeks a PLM Solution Architect with deep Teamcenter expertise to lead enterprise integration architecture, data migration, and digital thread initiatives for hi-tech programs.

You will design roadmaps, governance, and global templates for large-scale transformations, coordinating with business and IT leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of PLM experience with at least 10+ years as a Solution Architect in Teamcenter implementations.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, including data model design, product structures, lifecycle management, workflows, access control, and configuration management.
• Ability to define enterprise PLM roadmaps, solution blueprints, target architecture, and global template strategies for large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops and architecture reviews for large-scale PLM transformations.
• Define data governance, validation controls, and audit trail requirements for regulated environments.
• Drive integration architectures with SAP, MES, ALM, QMS, LMS and other enterprise apps using modern frameworks.

Job Summary

Seeking a PLM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Teamcenter, enterprise integration architecture, hi-tech industry compliance processes, data migration, and digital thread solutions, including SAP, integrations for large-scale global transformation programs

Required Qualifications

• 15 + years of PLM experience with at least 10+ years s a Solution Architect in Teamcenter implementations.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, including data model design, product structures, lifecycle management, workflows, access control, and configuration management.
• Ability to define enterprise PLM roadmaps, solution blueprints, target architecture, and global template strategies for large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience architecting Teamcenter X solutions for Part Management, BOM Management, Document Management, Change Management, Classification, and Requirements Management.
• Strong experience in designing Teamcenter integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES, ALM, QMS, LMS, and other enterprise applications using modern integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Active Integration Gateway (AIG), APIs, middleware architectures, event-driven integrations, and enterprise data exchange patterns.
• Expertise in CAD Integration, including MCAD/ECAD data management, BOM synchronization, release management, and engineering change processes.
• Experience defining Digital Thread architecture across Requirements, Design, BOM, Change, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory processes.
• Experience defining data governance, system ownership, validation controls, audit trail requirements, and compliance frameworks for regulated environments.
• Proven expertise in data migration strategy and execution from legacy systems such as Agile PLM,
• Strong technical understanding of Teamcenter extensions and configurations, including BMIDE, ITK, SOA, REST APIs, Dispatcher, and integration frameworks.
• Ability to lead requirement workshops, fit-gap assessments, architecture reviews, solution estimation, and stakeholder discussions with business and IT leadership teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills with experience leading global teams and driving successful PLM transformation programs in MedTech or regulated manufacturing industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Siemens Teamcenter architect-level certification;
• Prior experience as a solution/enterprise architect on multi-year, multi-vendor PLM transformation programs
