Job summary

Lam Research Corporation seeks a PLM Solution Manager to steer digital transformation across the product lifecycle. You will shape end-to-end processes, data models, and technology capabilities, driving adoption of PLM, MBSE, and AI-enabled systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT leaders to improve product development efficiency and speed-to-market while enabling ETO/CTO through scalable architectures and digital threads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
10+ years of digital transformation and enterprise architecture experience in complex environments.
Strong PLM, CAD, ERP, MES knowledge and engineering systems expertise.
Experience deploying Teamcenter, NX, SAP, Opcenter or Dassault solutions.
MBSE/Digital Twin/AI/ML knowledge and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the digital transformation roadmap for the product development lifecycle.
Define future-state processes, data models, and technology capabilities across ITR value stream.
Drive adoption of PLM, PPM, MBSE, Digital Twins, and NPI practices.
Align strategy with business and technology leaders to boost efficiency.
Architect and implement integrated solutions using PLM platforms and ERP systems.
Enable ETO and CTO through scalable product architectures and digital threads.
Evaluate emerging tech, including AI, to enhance decisions and speed-to-market.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, QA, Quoting, IT.
Drive governance and change management to ensure adoption of new processes.
