  • Collaborate closely with production teams to understand their workflow requirements and implement tailored solutions that optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide leadership across groups to coordinate MPMLink standup, training, and implementation.
  • Provide technical support to production personnel on PTC MPMLink usage, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to standardized processes.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement to drive operational excellence on the shop floor.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between PTC MPMLink and other shop floor systems and tools such as MRP and MES.
  • Preparing demonstrators to help support widespread adoption
  • Co-develop policies around capability interfaces
  • Collaborating with our design agency and other production agency digital engineering teams to achieve a holistic integration of PLM capabilities.
  • Provide work oversight to junior engineers working in the PLM domain.
