The PLM Program Manager serves as a strategic leader within the Collins Aerospace Digital Technology (DT) Program Management Office (PMO), responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end delivery of high‑visibility, high‑impact PLM initiatives. This role drives enterprise alignment across engineering, operations, and DT, develops executive‑ready reporting and insights, and shapes the long‑term PLM strategy and transformation roadmap within the engineering organization.
The ideal candidate brings exceptional program leadership, high executive presence, and the ability to translate complex engineering, data, and technical challenges into clear, actionable guidance for project managers, functional groups, and senior leadership.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
