Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a PLM Program Manager to lead the 3DX PLM implementation across Little Rock, AR or Chicago, IL, onsite. The role requires strong PM foundation, leadership, and bilingual fluency in French and English to drive cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, mentor analysts and SMEs, and deliver milestones with clear documentation and stakeholder updates. Immediate start with contract-to-hire potential, extensive benefits available.

• Proven experience managing project lifecycles, delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Excellent communication in French and English, written and verbal.
