Job summary

This role is pivotal for overseeing PLM systems and projects, managing a team of experts, and ensuring strategic alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong PLM implementation experience, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Active PLM implementation and/or administration of large scale PLM toolset is required.
• A consultative/collaborative approach to internal customers is essential.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders is necessary.
• Must have deep understanding of PLM processes including change management and BOM management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire portfolio of PLM projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Teamcenter and AVEVA subject matter experts.
• Define and own the strategic roadmap for all PLM systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other key business stakeholders.
