YETI seeks a PLM Product Owner to lead the PLM ecosystem across platforms like Teamcenter and Centric. You will bridge engineering, IT, and business teams, driving standardized processes, data governance, and scalable PLM solutions in a multi-region environment.

You will facilitate workshops, translate requirements into actionable specs, and champion user adoption of PLM capabilities, CAD data management, and integration workflows to support product lifecycle needs at YETI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PLM environments.
• Hands-on with platforms such as Teamcenter, Centric, or similar PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of CAD/PLM integrations with SolidWorks.
• Experience bridging business requirements with technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the PLM product owner and domain representative for PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Centric).
• Act as liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops to align requirements and enable decisions.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements.
• Influence scalable, supported PLM solutions aligned to enterprise architecture.
• Lead process design, governance, and standardization for PLM.
• Oversee CAD data management and integration with PLM and SAP workflows.
