Qualifications

• Greater than 8 years of experience in PLM environments.

Responsibilities

• PLM Product Ownership & Stakeholder Alignment
• Serve as the functional product owner and domain representative for PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Centric)
• Act as the liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, and IT teams
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and clarify requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Influence solutions aligned to enterprise architecture
• Design, standardize, and govern PLM processes across regions
• Lead data governance, BOM alignment, and downstream data management
• Define integrations with SAP and MDM platforms
• Configure PLM workflows and attributes (no custom development)
• Support adoption, training materials, and process documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and process efficiency
