Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a PLM/PDM Administrator to own and optimize PLM workflows and data flow from CAD to production. The role focuses on controlled CAD/drawing release from Onshape and Altium into Arena PLM, with ECR/ECO workflow support across engineering, sourcing, and production.

You will establish repeatable, well-controlled processes for engineering data, configuration management, and change workflows, ensuring data integrity and compliance during audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on PLM administration experience.
• 3+ years of Arena PLM administration experience with workflows, approvals, lifecycle states, item/BOM structures, and permissions.
• Experience managing the CAD-to-PLM data path and engineering documentation.
• Understanding of ISO 9001/AS9100/ISO13485 or IATF 16949.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate requirements into PLM workflows, approvals, and lifecycle states.
• Configure, administer, and improve PLM processes as business needs change.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and access to data.
• Own CAD-to-PLM data flow, BOM extraction, release, revision control, and synchronization.
• Establish document/drawing control, numbering, metadata, and PDF releases.
• Support ECR/ECO/deviation/impact analysis processes.
• Manage data flow between PLM, CAD, ERP, and other systems for accurate released data.
• Perform data migration, bulk imports, cleanup, and reporting on cycle times and quality.
• Ensure PLM aligns with quality/configuration requirements and audits.
• Train users and document PLM configurations and processes.
