Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or IT field.
• Sophomore to senior standing preferred.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, or information technology environments.
• Familiarity with data analysis, business systems, or enterprise applications.
• Interest in PLM, engineering processes, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with database concepts, reporting tools, or business applications is a plus.
• Experience with engineering software, ERP systems, or PLM systems is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with responding to user questions and support requests related to PLM and engineering software tools.
• Help document issues, track requests, and follow up on support tickets.
• Support user account administration activities, including system access requests and basic configuration updates.
• Assist with troubleshooting and testing system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Participate in testing activities to validate system functionality and user requirements.
