Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise PLM environments for a government-oriented tech organization. You will work hands-on across Teamcenter and underlying IT infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and highly available systems as modernization efforts continue.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree with 5+ years enterprise PLM/IT infrastructure experience.
5+ years with enterprise PLM or 3+ years with Teamcenter deployment and admin.
Ability to deploy and sustain highly available PLM environments; 50% travel.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, administer, and sustain Teamcenter solutions across complex environments.
Build and maintain PLM infrastructure across servers, networks, databases, app tiers, virtualization, identity/access, and cloud tech.
Stand up, maintain, and upgrade test and production environments with security and performance.
Provide technical support for Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Capital, and related apps; own issues end-to-end.
Troubleshoot via ticket triage, log analysis, root-cause, and technical escalation.
Collaborate with users, SMEs, admins, and infra teams to resolve production issues.
Maintain documentation and communicate issue status across stakeholders.
