Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead design, deployment, and sustainment of complex PLM environments for U.S. government and defense customers, with 50% travel to St. Louis, MO.

You will own Teamcenter deployments, TEM, Deployment Center, and infrastructure across Linux/Windows, virtualization, and cloud, ensuring high availability and secure operations. This role requires hands-on leadership, engineering excellence, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 5+ years of PLM/IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on Teamcenter deployment, administration, configuration, and production support experience.
• Experience with TEM and Deployment Center.
• Strong enterprise infrastructure experience across Linux/Windows, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (2 weeks onsite in St. Louis, MO).
• Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, administer, and sustain Teamcenter solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Build PLM infrastructure across servers, networks, databases, application tiers, virtualization, identity/access, and cloud technologies.
• Stand up, maintain, and upgrade test and production environments, ensuring security, availability, stability, and performance.
• Provide technical support for Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Capital, and related applications, owning issues from intake through resolution.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues through ticket triage, log analysis, root-cause identification, and technical escalation.
• Collaborate with end users, SMEs, administrators, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues and support enterprise deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate issue status and resolutions across stakeholders.
