Job summary

Litmus7 Systems Consulting Ltd. is seeking an experienced PLM project lead to drive end-to-end implementations for apparel retailers. You will coordinate with system integrators and internal teams to meet milestones and ensure successful adoption.

The role requires strong business analysis, risk management, and excellent stakeholder communication. You will manage plans, schedules, and testing across phased rollouts while ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing PLM implementations for apparel retailers.
• Strong business analysis skills to gather and interpret requirements.
• Proven track record replacing legacy systems such as Andromeda PLM.
• Excellent risk management with ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues.
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities with stakeholder collaboration.
• Self-motivated leader thriving in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Familiarity with phased rollout strategies and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM implementations and ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with system integrator and internal teams to align goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules using Smartsheet, Asana & Excel.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, driving engagement across various departments.
• Identify and address risks proactively, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee Testing activities to validate system functionality and performance.
• Partner with Change Management teams from business to promote adoption and minimize disruption.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Implementation Lead.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
