Job summary

Stratas Foods LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a PLM Analyst to manage the Product Lifecycle Management system, support product development, and ensure data accuracy across the PLM and ERP landscape.

You will drive process improvements, provide user support, and develop training materials to enable consistent, efficient workflows. A BA/BS is required with 3 years of relevant experience; MA/MS preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum BA/BS or equivalent; Preferred MA/MS.
• Related Experience: Minimum 3 years in R&D, new product commercialization, IT, or related field.
• Equipment/Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive PLM process and system improvements with stakeholders and test/implement enhancements.
• Provide PLM user support as primary point of contact for day-to-day issues and guidance.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and documentation to support system adoption and standardized processes.
• Manage PLM data and integrity, ensuring accuracy and alignment with ERP.
• Support new product commercialization by ensuring complete and accurate PLM data and workflows.
