Job summary

Accenture seeks a PLM/ALM/MES specialist to drive Digital Thread & Twin transformations for clients across industries. You will analyze requirements, design architecture, and deploy solutions with cross‑functional teams across the globe.

Lead workshops, craft roadmaps, and ensure deliverables meet business needs while leveraging Dassault 3DExperience and related IT systems for end‑to‑end product lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years delivering PLM technical solutions using Dassault 3DExperience.
Engineering/Manufacturing IT systems across ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, QMS.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Perform Product Engineering and Manufacturing & Digital Operations; generate plans and manage logistics.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, own specifications and design documents.
Develop a cohesive architecture for current vs future state roadmaps.
Lead customer workshops and facilitate process and technical discussions.
Ensure quality deliverables: traceable requirements, process maps, user stories.
Lead global functional and technical teams; coach implementation staff.
