Job summary
Accenture seeks a seasoned PLM Technical Solution Delivery professional to lead Dassault 3DExperience projects across manufacturing and product lifecycle domains. You will design architectures, configure PLM/ALM/MES solutions, and guide multi‑disciplinary teams through complex transformations.
You will partner with clients to understand requirements, craft practical roadmaps, and deliver high‑quality specifications and work plans, balancing governance with agile delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years delivering PLM technical solutions using Dassault 3DExperience.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, and QMS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform Product Engineering and Digital Operations, generating plans and managing logistics.
- Collaborate with Accenture teams and stakeholders to define requirements and design documents.
- Develop an implementation roadmap from current to future state within architecture.
- Lead customer workshops and facilitate process and technical discussions.
- Ensure quality deliverables: requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specs.
- Lead global functional and technical teams; mentor the implementation team.
- Provide PLM/ALM/MES functional system solutions and design architectures.
- Configure applications to meet business processes and review functional specifications.
