Job summary

Accenture is seeking a PLM technical solution lead to deliver Dassault 3DExperience-based PLM architectures for clients across manufacturing and engineering. You will define solution approaches, oversee configuration, and coordinate teams across global delivery to meet client requirements.

Travel up to 75% is noted, with emphasis on driving digital thread initiatives, applying Agile/Waterfall methods, and ensuring architectural alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering PLM technical solutions with Dassault 3DExperience.
• Experience with Engineering/Manufacturing IT systems (ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, QMS).
• 2 years hands-on experience with cross-functional IT platforms supporting digital thread initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM technical solution delivery, including architecture design and system configuration.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, owning specifications and design documents.
• Develop roadmaps for current vs future state from a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
• Lead customer workshops and drive process and technical discussions.
• Ensure quality deliverables: requirements traceability, process maps, user stories, and specs.
• Coach and lead global functional and technical teams.
• Provide functional solutions for PLM/ALM/MES systems and lead architecture discussions.
• Design and implement application configurations to meet business requirements.
