Job summary

Fifty5Blue is seeking a Remote IT support specialist to assist employees with Google Workspace, Windows, Office 365, and Apple environments. The role emphasizes first-line remote support, problem analysis, and participation in Digital Workspace initiatives.

Strong English and IT fundamentals are required, with a degree in IT-related fields. The position offers flexible hours covering part of the Northern Hemisphere time zones from Brazil.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in IT technical support with Google Workspace Admin, Windows, Office 365, and iOS/macOS.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Environment and Microsoft 365 Admin.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure (ID-ENTRA).
• Familiarity with MacOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage and resolve tickets or escalate to specialists when needed.
• Provide remote first-level support for tickets from company employees.
• Analyze problems and classify root causes.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Regularly update area controls.
• Implement technical definitions as part of a team.
• Contribute to Digital Workspace team activities as needed.

Remote support for IT technical demands and implementation of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform triage, resolve tickets (incidents, requests, and questions), or elevate to specialized teams when necessary;

• Provide remote first-level support for tickets (incidents, requests, and questions) from company employees;

• Problem analysis;

• Analyse and propose process improvements;

• Regularly update area controls;

• Implement technical definitions as part of a team;

• Work on Digital Workspace team activities as required by demand.

Technical Skills:

Must have:

• Completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields;

• Experience in IT technical support, having worked with Google Workspace (GWS) Administration, Windows (Workstation), Office/Microsoft 365 and iOS/MacOS (Mobile and MacBook) environments;

• Advanced English;

• Knowledge of Google Workspace – Administrative Environment;

• MS OFFICE 365 – Administrative Environment;

• Active Directory (AD) and Azure (ID-ENTRA);

• MacOS operating systems.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of tools: Cryptography, antivirus, computer formatting and Active Directory (AD);

• Intermediate Spanish;

• Certifications;

• Google Workspace Administrator;

• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher;

• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900);

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
  

Working hours: 04:00 – 13:00 (Covering part of the time zone of the Northern Hemisphere from Brazil).
