Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret measurements.
• Able to operate computer systems and basic software.
• Able to use gauges, calipers, indicators, scales and tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media pleating process.
• Pleat media within specified quality and quantity as per prints or route sheets.
• Communicate with material handlers to ensure correct media is supplied.
• Perform quality checks and tests as assigned.
• Follow setup sheets and complete paperwork (scrap report, media usage, etc.).
• Monitor production rates and notify supervisor of variances.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies using PPE as required.
