Aufgaben

• Data entry of pleadings, court documents, and future court dates in the Firm’s collection database.
• Document analysis and application of court procedure to ensure accurate data entry of legal pleadings.
• Review incoming communications regarding Firm accounts, identifying and logging key information and milestones in the legal workflow.
• Ensures state and county specific procedure is properly applied to all pleadings.
• Work closely with legal teams to escalate priority items and confirm proper file handling as needed.
