ITMC Systems, Inc. is seeking a Test/Controls Engineer to design and optimize test equipment and data collection processes in a manufacturing setting.

You will troubleshoot electrical systems, enforce safety standards, and collaborate across engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure product conformance and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on PLC/HMI programming, Rockwell RS/FactoryTalk, and NI LabVIEW skills, plus a track record in root cause analysis and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computers/Math/Science from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of test/controls engineering experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Experience in computer programming software such as Visual Basic/Studio, SQL, and other Microsoft applications.
• Rockwell Software (RS and FactoryTalk).
• RSLogix 5/500/5000, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View ME/SE, VB6.
• NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
• Experience with PLC, HMI programming and safety systems design.
• Project Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and select test equipment, testing protocols, and data collection programs.
• Support, service, and troubleshoot test equipment and electrical systems within the plant.
• Develop test equipment specifications ensuring OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
• Enforce safety expectations and communicate hazards to ensure a zero-incident culture.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, MESH, manufacturing engineering, quality, product design engineering, suppliers and customers.
• Perform root cause and failure analysis and drive improvements in cost, quality, and performance.
• Lead capital equipment selection and CAR evaluations for testing/controls.
• Active role in assessment processes within manufacturing environment; may act as category lead.
• Lead cost-out initiatives and promote Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving culture.
• Leverage technology to improve information systems for testing/controls and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Drive sustained change management using ADKAR and MOC processes.
