Electrical Automation Services is hiring a Controls Technician for an on-site role in Bridgeton, NJ. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process-control systems on high-speed production lines in a large bakery environment.

You will lead troubleshooting, provide training to Electro-Mechanics, and oversee maintenance of PLCs, drives, networks, and documentation while ensuring GMP and safety standards are met.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Associate's degree in Electrical/Engineering Technology or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency with electrical schematics, control drawings, P&IDs, and distributed control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain plant electrical, automation, and process control systems to maximize reliability and uptime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for electrical and controls-related failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
• Oversee maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks, and production equipment.
• Maintain electrical schematics, control programs, and equipment documentation.
• Support plant utilities (steam, refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, water, power distribution).
• Follow GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards and drive improvement.

Location: This position is on-site in Bridgeton, NJ. Please apply only if you live within 37 miles of Bridgeton.Location: Swedesboro, NJ 08085Pay: $45–$46/hr, plus a $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd shift.Shifts: 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) available. Weekend availability is required as production needs dictate.We're hiring Controls Technicians for a large commercial bakery in Swedesboro, NJ.
