Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 10-15+ years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing systems
• Strong experience with PLC programming and industrial controls
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end engineering programs including system architecture and execution strategy
• Experience managing scope, schedules, and cross-functional engineering teams across complex projects
• Background in mechanical system design and material handling systems
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to drive technical decisions
