Job summary

Toyo Tires Tire Manufacturing in White, Georgia, is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee robotic systems and PLC-controlled equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, service VFDs and servo drives, and install or commission electrical panels while following safety protocols. This role requires strong problem-solving and teamwork in a night-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school education, or 5+ years of combined mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
• PLC expertise with Mitsubishi and Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance.
• Direct experience with VFDs, AC/DC servos, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Own troubleshooting and upkeep for robotic, PLC-controlled production assets.
• Service AC/DC servo drives, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Install, wire, and commission equipment and electrical panels; read schematics.
• Conduct machine safety inspections and enforce LOTO.
• Create and refine preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
