Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas in Dyersburg, TN, seeks a skilled maintenance technician to install, repair, and maintain production and electrical equipment. You will work with PLC systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure safe operation of machinery.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, blueprint reading, and strong problem-solving. We offer a competitive hourly wage with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is desired; Associate/Technical degree preferred.
Three years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, service manuals and maintenance records.
Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical/electronic control systems, pneumatics, HVAC, and motors.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, maintain, move, align, or install production/facility/electrical equipment.
Design, program, repair and maintain PLC systems.
Complete work orders, PM rounds, repairs, and general maintenance.
Diagnose trouble and determine extent of repairs; repair or replace parts.
Notify supervisor of irregularities with supplies, machinery, or processes.
Follow safety rules and wear PPE; lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Participate in training and continuous improvement opportunities.
