Job summary
ManpowerGroup is seeking a skilled Maintenance PLC Technician for the Mountain Home, AR facility. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is required.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
