Zusammenfassung

Scientific Protein Laboratories (SPL) is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Technician to support its Waunakee, WI facility. You will troubleshoot PLC-controlled processes, perform maintenance, calibrations, and minor modifications to instrumentation and control systems in a GMP environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant certifications. Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and a proactive, safety-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED with required certifications as listed.
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and GMP practices.
• Strong calibration and preventive maintenance skills.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial control systems.

Aufgaben

• Start up and perform daily/weekly tests on utility and production equipment.
• Respond to issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Repair major electrical systems and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration.
• Modify, upgrade, and install new instruments/PLCs as needed.
